I was seeking a site so that I could get a custom embroidered pullover. This website was the first to pull up with awesome reviews! I placed my order and it arrived fast! However, I was very disappointed to open my package and my item NOT be embroidered. I reached out to see what had happened only to find that there is a quantity minimum before they will embroider your item, this information wasn’t stated anywhere.
I did reach out to customer service but they only offered a partial refund or for an EXTRA charge of $30 they would embroidered my original design. Overall very disappointed- I was really excited for my pullover and now I have one that I won’t wear. The reviews were stellar but the information is misleading. If you are looking for a single embroidered item spend your money elsewhere.

Overall, a mostly great experience, a high-quality product and super fast shipping at an excellent price. If I could offer one suggestion though, some room for improvement in color descriptions. I know color can be difficult to determine online. One of my color choices was SAFETY PINK. On screen, it appears to be carnation pink, which is what I was expecting. Was shocked to see the actual color was fluorescent pink. I understand calling it "Safety Pink" however, it might be helpful to other to maybe also list in parenthesis that it is a fluorescent color. Thank you for consideration.

Everything is just perfect. The quality is superb. It's even better than H&M or Uniqlo when it comes to the fabric. Really worth it for the price. If you're looking for quality when it comes to hoodies, Gildan is a great one!

The fit is great and the neck line is not loose. The stitching is perfect and it's high quality cotton.

I'll always buy from this store from now on. The items were delivered fast and the packaging was secure. It really shows how keen the seller is to quality.

I used my transfers for several shirts I was making. I have found the transfers from Jiffy to be hit and miss. Sometimes they are perfect and other times there are imperfections, almost as if the printing ran. I have checked the images and they are clean. It's also not consistent on different printings of the same image. I had to do a lot of clean up on the transfers before I could use them. That being said, one I did the clean up and pressed them, they worked great. It just took too much prep time.

After posting my review, Jiffy quickly reached out to me and refunded my prints. Absolute top notch customer service!!!! I will definitely give them another try knowing that they will make it right if anything is wrong!
